Returns and refunds

as soon as your parcel arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our customer service.

If you return items, the amount will be credited to the PayPal account you used. You can decide yourself at PayPal whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.

Your data will be transmitted in encrypted form to the payment provider, who will then initiate the payment process in encrypted form. A refund in the event of a return is only possible to the credit card used for payment.
As soon as the bank has authorised your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. The money will only be debited from your account when the items are dispatched from our warehouse to the destination you have specified. This means that if we are unable to dispatch the items in your order for any reason, the corresponding amount of money will not be debited from your account.

Please give us up to 14 days to check your goods and then credit you the money via the appropriate payment method.

Payment:

A copy of the invoice is available once the order has been dispatched. If you have only ordered recently, the order will only be visible here as soon as it is on its way to you. You can view an overview of your outstanding invoice amounts and all payment information at any time in your personal customer account.

To receive your desired item, please place a new order. We will of course not charge you for the wrong item. If the order has already been paid for, the purchase amount will be credited to you as soon as we have booked your return.
