Return and refund

Within 30 days, you can easily return your unused item to us.
1) Pack the goods carefully.
2) Place all items to be returned in a suitable box. Please keep in mind that only unused items may be returned.
3) Contact us Within 48 hours you will receive an email from our customer service with the return label within Germany.
4) Print out the return label that you received from us via email and attach it to the package so that it is clearly visible.
5) Return the package to a parcel store.

We currently only cover the return shipping costs within Germany. For all other countries, we currently do not cover the costs for your return. The return fees of the respective parcel store will apply. We ask you at this point to send the package to us best with the option of tracking.

Since you receive the return label from us, the shipment always goes to the right address. Either to our warehouse in Neumünster or to our warehouse in Cologne.

As soon as your package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service.

When you return items, the credit will be credited to the PayPal account you used. Whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account, you can determine yourself at PayPal.

Your data will be encrypted and transmitted to the payment provider, who will then initiate the payment process in encrypted form. A refund in case of a return is only possible on the credit card used for the payment.
As soon as the bank has authorized your payment, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation. The money will be debited from your account only when the items are shipped from our warehouse to the destination you specified. This means that if for any reason we cannot ship the items in your order, the corresponding amount of money will not be debited from your account.

Please give us up to 14 days to inspect your merchandise and then credit you via the appropriate payment method.

To get your desired item, please reorder it. Of course we will not charge for the wrong item. If the order has already been paid, the purchase amount will be credited to you as soon as we have booked your return.
