Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs

All prices include the statutory value added tax.

• Within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3.99€ per order
• From an order value of 199.00€ we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany
• Bulky goods (shipping by forwarding agent, excluding German islands) cost 149.00€ per delivery
• Bulky items are marked accordingly in the respective item description
• Shipping to other countries is on request and will be listed separately

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany is usually made within 2-3 working days after conclusion of the contract (after receipt of payment if advance payment has been agreed).

Please note: There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Further notes on payment

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
