We want you to enjoy your TAMBU product for a long time!
Therefore, we give a warranty of 3 years on all our articles. This warranty refers exclusively to material or manufacturing defects of your product. It does not apply to:
- Damage caused by elementary events (e.g. lightning, water, fire, frost), accident, transport or improper use.
- Damage or modification of the product by you or third parties.
- disregard of safety and maintenance instructions, operating errors
- normal wear and tear
- commercial use of the product.
The warranty period (also for replaced parts) is not extended by TAMBU's legal warranty. Repair or replacement of the product does not start a new warranty period.
