- Condition of goods: Please return items exclusively unused, clean, and in new condition.
- Original packaging: Returns must be made in the original box.
- Compensation for value: In case of damage, signs of use, or missing original packaging, we will claim compensation for the value.
- Refund: Will be processed within 14 days after inspection of the goods via the original payment method.
