The KHEMA 2 from TAMBU is your lightweight and versatile trekking tent for tours for two – ideal for trekking, bikepacking, or weekend adventures. The classic dome construction ensures stability with low weight and offers a pleasant balance of weather protection, comfort, and flexibility on the go.
With internal dimensions of approximately 225 × 130 × 100 cm (L × W × H), the tent offers enough space for two people and their gear. The flysheet measures approximately 2250 × 240 × 110 cm (L × W × H) and creates protected entrance areas on both sides. Weighing approximately 2.5 kg and with a pack size of approximately 44 × 16 × 16 cm, the KHEMA 2 remains pleasantly compact and easy to transport – perfect for longer tours with light luggage.
The poles are directly attached to the inner tent, allowing you to pitch the mesh inner tent alone in warm weather. This creates an airy setup with plenty of ventilation and an unobstructed view outside, while the mosquito net reliably protects against insects. If the weather changes, the flysheet is simply attached over it, providing reliable protection from wind and rain.
Two opposing entrances ensure flexibility when entering and exiting and create small, protected areas for storing shoes or backpacks. Inside, practical details and thoughtful ventilation provide a pleasant climate – whether on long trekking tours or spontaneous weekend trips.
The flysheet and floor are made of recycled rPET ripstop polyester with a PU coating (3000 mm flysheet / 5000 mm floor) and are PFC-free. Aluminum poles and durable materials underscore the robust outdoor character of the KHEMA 2.
