The LANO LIGHT from TAMBU is the ideal sleeping mat for anyone who values low weight and high sleeping comfort on trekking tours, hikes, or camping trips. With a sleeping surface of 195 × 57 cm and a comfortable height of 8 cm, it offers a surprising amount of comfort – even on uneven ground.
The specially shaped 3D surface ensures even pressure distribution and promotes a restful, restorative sleep. The integrated double valve system allows for quick inflation and controlled deflation. The included stuff sack with pump function is particularly practical, allowing for hygienic and efficient inflation of the mat – without any additional accessories or the use of your breath.
Weighing only about 700 g, the LANO LIGHT is one of the lightest sleeping mats in its class. The outer material is made of recycled rPET nylon (20D ripstop), is PFC-free, and features a DWR coating (water-repellent finish) to protect the material from moisture. Inside, a 120 g/m² polyester fiber filling provides additional insulation and comfortable warmth.
With an R-value of 5.0, the LANO LIGHT offers excellent insulation for tours from spring to autumn. It reliably protects against cold ground and, in combination with a suitable sleeping bag, is also suitable for nights around freezing. It is also well-suited for light frosts, such as at higher altitudes or on clear autumn nights. Only at temperatures significantly below 0 °C or during winter use is an additional insulating layer or a sleeping mat with a higher R-value recommended.
Thanks to its compact pack size of approximately 25 × 11.5 cm, the LANO LIGHT can be easily stored in a backpack, making it ideal for trekking, bikepacking and minimalist camping.
