The MANDAPA 6 from TAMBU is a well-designed vis-à-vis family tent for extended camping holidays, trips with friends, or relaxing weekends with plenty of space. The opposing sleeping compartments ensure more privacy and a more peaceful night's sleep – ideal for families or groups.
With generous external dimensions of approximately 600 × 230 × 200 cm (L × W × H), the MANDAPA 6 offers a comfortable central area with a pleasant standing height of around 200 cm. This central living space connects the two sleeping cabins and is perfect for sitting, changing clothes, or as a weather-protected lounge area.
The two sleeping cabins each have interior dimensions of approximately 210 × 210 × 190 cm and together offer space for up to 6 people. Each sleeping cabin is equipped with a permanently installed floor, providing protection against moisture, dirt, and insects. Large mosquito net windows, mesh doors, and well-designed ventilation openings ensure a comfortable sleeping environment – even on warm nights.
The living space itself has no permanently sewn-in floor, making it flexible and particularly suitable for everyday use. An optional, loose PE groundsheet, supplied with the unit, can be inserted to provide additional protection against moisture or dirt – depending on your needs and intended use.
Numerous thoughtful details ensure comfort during everyday camping: lamp hooks, cable access points for electricity in the tent, and multiple entrances and exits that provide good ventilation and flexible use. Large windows in the living area let in plenty of natural light and create a friendly, open atmosphere.
Made from 100% recycled rPET polyester derived from PET bottles for the flysheet, inner tents, and stuff sack, the MANDAPA 6, like all TAMBU tents, represents responsible outdoor equipment. The robust flysheet with a 2,000 mm hydrostatic head, sturdy fiberglass poles, and reflective guy lines ensure reliable stability in changing weather conditions.
Despite its size, the tent remains easily transportable: With a weight of approximately 12.9 kg and a pack size of approximately 69 × 27 × 27 cm, the MANDAPA 6 can be conveniently stored in a vehicle.
