The ROBY LITE from TAMBU is your ultralight companion for trekking tours, bikepacking, or weekend motorcycle adventures. With a total weight of only approx. 1.3 kg including the stuff sack and a compact packed size of approx. 46 × 11 × 11 cm, the tent can be stowed away to save space in a backpack or on your gear – ideal for tours where low weight and compact packed size are crucial.
The single-wall construction allows for quick and easy pitching with minimal weight. The large side entrance with a mosquito net reliably protects against insects and, together with three permanent ventilation openings, supports air circulation inside. The lightweight rPET ripstop fabric with PU coating ensures reliable weather protection: the flysheet offers a water column of approx. 3000 mm, while the robust groundsheet with approx. 5000 mm provides additional protection against moisture.
With external dimensions of approx. 225 × 120/110 × 80 cm (L × W × H), the ROBY LITE has a deliberately aerodynamic design. The tent height drops from about 80 cm at the head end to around 50 cm at the rear. This flat silhouette reduces wind resistance, improves stability in variable conditions, and contributes to the low overall weight. The width tapers slightly towards the foot end, supporting the minimalist trekking design.
Flysheet, inner tent, and stuff sack are made from recycled polyester from PET bottles and are – like all TAMBU tents – PFC-free. The lightweight aluminum poles ensure a stable construction with low weight.
